A Lecture Meeting of National convention of Japanese Society of Irrigation, Drainage and Reclamation Engineering in Fiscal 2003 was held at Harbor view Hotel in Naha Okinawa on July 8.9.10,2003. Yutaka Hara the chief director of the association gave a lecture on “ Bed-rock Vegetation system using Wastes”-The case study of using thinned-wood and Foamed Waste Glass (FWG) on July 9.
