The 7th「 Miracle sol system」 Technical- meeting in Hokkaido
On Oct.28(Tuesday), 2003, 13:00−16:30, the 7th “Miracle sol system” technical meeting which for public agencies, public corporation, and constructor, sponsored by Miracle sol association, and supported by Japan Society of Waste Management Experts was held at the Hotel Polar Star Sapporo in the Sapporo city, Hokkaido. Mr. Keigo Yanagiya, the chief of the Engineering management Department of busyness development, from National Land and Transportation Ministry, delivered a special lecture titled “latest topic related to public work”. Yutaka Hara, the chief director of the association explained the “Miracle sol system” as listed below. At the end of the meeting, Mr. Takeo Hayasaka, the president of Hokkaido Sanyu, gave a closing address.
